Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Happily Everafter In-home Care, LLC for consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any written Statement of Work, proposal, invoice, or service agreement issued for your project.
2. Service Delivery
Services may include software and technology consulting, HR operations consulting, business systems planning, market research, and public opinion polling support. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities will be defined in the applicable Statement of Work.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required access, and payment according to the agreed schedule. Delays in client feedback or access may affect delivery timelines.
4. Payment
Consulting fees are due according to the applicable invoice or Statement of Work. Late or failed payments may pause work until the account is brought current.
5. Third-Party Vendors
Some projects may require third-party tools, software licenses, subscriptions, data sources, or vendor services. Third-party products remain governed by their own terms, availability, and service levels.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, client-specific deliverables prepared for the client are assigned to the client unless otherwise stated in writing. Pre-existing templates, frameworks, research methods, and internal processes remain the property of Happily Everafter In-home Care, LLC.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Happily Everafter In-home Care, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from consulting services, third-party outages, client implementation decisions, or external market conditions.
