Refund & Cancellation Policy

Happily Everafter In-home Care, LLC provides customized consulting services, including software planning, technology advisory, HR operations consulting, and market research support. Because these services may involve planning time, vendor review, research activity, and client-specific work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery.
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of signing a service agreement, provided work has not started and no third-party software, research, subscription, or vendor expense has been initiated on behalf of the client.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered for work that has not yet begun. Once consulting work, software configuration, vendor procurement, market research, strategy development, or deliverable preparation has started, fees for completed or initiated work are non-refundable.
Third-Party Costs
Third-party software licenses, subscriptions, research tools, vendor fees, and paid data resources purchased for a client project are generally non-refundable unless the third-party provider issues a refund to Happily Everafter In-home Care, LLC.
Disputes
Any discrepancy or service concern must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery. We will review the concern and provide a good-faith resolution path based on the signed scope of work.
